How to cancel your subscription anytime in one click.

Cancel Anytime in One Click

You can cancel your PreschoolFox subscription at any time without phone calls or hoops:

  1. Inside the PreschoolFox App: Open Profile → Membership → Cancel Subscription and confirm with one tap.
  2. In My Account on the Website: Sign in at preschoolfox.com/account/ and click the cancel button next to your subscription.
  3. Apple App Store / Google Play Subscriptions: If you subscribed via the iOS App Store or Google Play Store, manage or cancel your subscription directly in your device’s Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings.
  4. By Email: You can also email us anytime at support@preschoolfox.com and we will take care of it immediately.

After canceling, your full access to the PreschoolFox App remains active until the end of your current paid billing period (or the end of your 3-day free trial).
