2. COPPA & FERPA No-Child-PII Guarantee (Strict Local-Only Child Data)
PreschoolFox is designed from the ground up as a teacher-facing planning and curriculum tool in full alignment with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA):
- Zero Cloud Storage of Child PII: PreschoolFox does not require, collect, or transmit personally identifiable information (PII) of children to our servers. Any optional classroom roster names, anecdotal observation notes, or attendance check-ins entered inside the PreschoolFox App remain stored exclusively locally on your device (
localStorage) and are blocklisted from cloud account sync. - Ephemeral PDF Rendering: When you export a Classroom Lesson Plan Binder to PDF, our server generates the PDF on the fly and immediately discards the request payload without storing child data in any database.
- No Children’s Accounts or Third-Party Ad Trackers: Children never log in to or interact with PreschoolFox directly, and we never share educator or classroom data with advertising networks or data brokers.
3. Educator Account & Billing Data We Process
- Account Creation & Authentication: Your name, email address, encrypted password hash, email verification status, and active subscription plan.
- Orders, Billing & Center Invoices: Billing address, Preschool / Childcare Center Name, optional EIN / Tax ID or Purchase Order number, payment status, and downloadable PDF invoices (
PFX-2026-XXXXX). - Teacher Account Sync: Weekly lesson plans, favorite activities, custom teacher activities, and shared team plans within a Center License (up to 15 teachers).

We use only strictly necessary first-party cookies required for secure sign-in (wordpress_logged_in_*, wordpress_sec_*) and checkout session security.
5. Your Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA & GDPR)
Regardless of your US state of residence (including California residents under CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to access, correct, export, or permanently delete your personal data at any time. We never sell or share your personal information. You can permanently delete your account and all associated server data at Delete Account or by emailing support@preschoolfox.com.
